1. Agreement to Terms

This website is owned and operated by Sabar Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as SabGro Pet Supplies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sabgro.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

4. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Sabar Group LLC. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device's display accurately reflects actual product colors.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders at the incorrect price.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we cancel an order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SABAR GROUP LLC, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sabar Group LLC and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration.

You agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

15. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
