We'll reply within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Pack the item in original packaging and ship using a trackable service to our returns center.

Once inspected, we process your refund in 3-5 business days. Stripe takes 5-10 days to post to your bank.

✓ Eligible Items

Unused, unopened items in original packaging with tags attached. Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

✗ Non-Returnable

Personalized items, pet food/treats, opened hygiene products (bowls, feeders), items marked "Final Sale", or products damaged by misuse.

⚠️ Important

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for different size, color, or model. Contact support@sabgro.com with your order number. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the exchange is due to our error, we'll cover shipping both ways.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Email support@sabgro.com immediately. Once processed or shipped, orders must go through our return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund: (1) Check your bank account again, (2) Contact your credit card company as processing takes time, (3) If still missing after 10 business days, contact us at support@sabgro.com with your order number.
