1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our US-based fulfillment center to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
Note: We do not currently offer international shipping. US customers only at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Estimated processing time: 1-3 business days for 80% of orders.
Processing begins once your payment is verified. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST, excluding federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 3-8 business days from the date of shipment for Standard Shipping.

4. Order Tracking
Every order includes FREE tracking. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your package 24/7 through USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
5. Processing Delays
While 80% of orders ship within 1-3 business days, some orders may require additional processing time due to payment verification, inventory confirmation, or peak holiday seasons. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed beyond 3 business days.
6. Shipping Address Requirements
We ship to residential and commercial addresses only. PO Boxes are accepted.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Sabgro Pet Supplies is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customer or theft after confirmed delivery.
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@sabgro.com with your order number.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at support@sabgro.com within 7 days of delivery.
Missing items: If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the packing slip.
Lost packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim within 48 hours.
